Our colourful flowers are made from our popular buttercream, and the beautifully shaped shells and mermaid tails are made out fondant.
You can customise the shell, and mermaid tails in gold or silver – just select the colour at the option box above.
All our Mermaid cakes are finished with an outer layer of vanilla buttercream.
Cake in the picture shown is our 6 inch (3 layers)cake size. Please note that the decoration details may be slightly different if you choose a different size (we may add in more shells and mermaid tails for larger cakes).
