At Cakery NZ, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policies for customers in New Zealand.

Shipping Rates

Next Day Shipping (NZ North Island - Urban Address): $9.95
Shipping (NZ North Island - Rural Address): $14.95
Next Day Shipping (NZ South Island - Urban Address): $13.95
Shipping (NZ South Island - Rural Address): $18.95

Delivery Times

Next Day Shipping - While we always strive to provide "next day shipping" through our courier, there may be occasional circumstances beyond our control, such as lost packages, weather-related delays, unexpected courier disruptions, or high seasonal demand that may impact delivery times.
Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours on the next business day. However, for Brownie and Cake orders, we ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to ensure your items don't sit in a postal warehouse over the weekend.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the courier’s tracking system.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand. Please check back for updates on international shipping options in the future.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@cakery.co.nz within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please quote your order number in your email so we can identify your package quickly.
