Delivery Information
Our delivery service is available on every Thursdays - Sundays, between 10am to 2pm.
There is a minimum purchase value of $150 + delivery fee for distance between 0-20KM. For further distance more than 20km, minimum purchase value is $150. Purchase value does not include delivery fee.
Delivery fee is based on the driving distance to your location from our shop, 295 Great South Rd, Takanini. We delivery up to 45km distance from our shop, which covers most part of Greater Auckland Area.

Premium Delivery is available for distance below 20km. For Customers who chose this option, we deliver within a 1 hour time block of the date you selected. We will be in touch with you to book in the 1 hour time block. Premium delivery is not available for distance above 20km.

For all deliveries, our driver will knock on the door, and wait for 5 minutes for you to collect the item. If there is no one at home, the driver will leave the item at the doorstep, or any nearby location that is deemed safe by our driver. If you have a specific area or specific instructions for us to leave your order, please let us know via email after you have placed your order.
We do not take responsibility over lost or damaged goods when there is no one to receive them. Your order is considered delivered once our driver has taken a photo of the delivery and will be sent to you. In the event that there is no one to receive them, and there is no safe place for the driver leave the items (for example, no shady porch on a sunny day / there are dogs or animals in the compound / other circumstances), the driver will return the item to our kitchen in Takanini. You will have to pick it up from Takanini, or you can reschedule another delivery for a fee of $30 or your original delivery rate, whichever is higher.
