Please note that the printed area is slightly smaller than A4, as it is not borderless printing. This product is available for Nationwide Shipping (NZ), Pick up from our Store and Delivery (within Auckland). 

There is no cutting service available. We only print on the A4 sheet, we do not cut it to shape. This product is only for printing, we do not put on the cake for you. 

**The file name will change to a randomly generated name when you upload the file, it is normal. Please ensure that you uploaded the correct file, there is no refund for the wrong file printed.

How to check if you uploaded the correct file?

• Go to your cart (after you've uploaded and added to cart), before you check out, you can download the file again to check if that's the correct file.
• If it is not the correct file, please delete the item from the cart, and try again at the product page.
