We understand that before you purchase, you may have some questions. Here at our FAQ section, we hope to answer most of your questions. Where are you located? 

We are currently operating from home, based in Manurewa. You will receive pick up address after an order has been placed. You will receive an email notification from you with your order summary and pick up details.  

Is your kitchen licenced?

Yes, our home kitchen is registered and licenced with the Auckland Council. 

Do you deliver?

Yes we do. Please check out our Delivery Page for more detailed information about our delivery option. 

I've placed my order but I did not receive the confirmation email

Please check your junk mail. Our confirmation email are usually sent out immediately when you confirmed your purchase. If you did not get the email after 24 hours, please contact us via our Contact Us page or chat with us via the Facebook Messenger icon on the bottom right of the screen, and we will look into it for you. 

Do you have gluten free / dairy-free / vegan option?

Unfortunately we do not provide that option at this point in time. However, we are considering adding that to our products in the future. 

How can I order custom cakes?
