Delivery & Pick Up
Our delivery service is as follow:
- For delivery areas in South Auckland, East Auckland and City Centre area, delivery time is Tuesdays - Saturdays, 9am to 1pm
- For delivery areas in west Auckland, North Auckland area, delivery time is Tuesdays - Thurdays, 9am to 1pm. There is no delivery on Fridays & Saturdays for these location.
Please the time slots are an estimated delivery time, as there may be traffic or other unforeseen circumstances that is out of our driver's control.
In most cases, we will try our best to deliver within the time slots that you have selected, however, we will not be able to provide an exact time of delivery for your order, as the delivery route will depend our driver's schedule.
We try our best to provide next day delivery, however, we only have limited delivery slots available every day. Therefore, we can only provide next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm on Mondays to Fridays. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the earliest delivery is on the following Tuesday (for certain items only). Most cakes will require at least 3-5days notice.
Please ensure that there is someone to receive your order at the time. If we could not contact you, and there are no safe place or instructions to leave your orders, there will be additional charge for redelivery.
- Delivery fee is $15 to areas in South Auckland, East Auckland and CBD area.
- For delivery to North Shore and West Auckland, the fee is $28.

We also offer Free Pick up at Manurewa, Tuesday - Saturdays. Pick up time are as below:
- Tuesday - Friday : 10am -6pm
- Saturdays: 8.30am - 3.00pm
- There is NO pick up on Sundays and Mondays
